This is a digital STL file for a 3D printer to print yourself, not a physical finished product.
Once printed, this adapter lets you install double Anderson PowerPole 15/45 (sometimes referred as PP15 / PP30 / PP45) connectors into a regular 29mm round hole with sidecuts.
Double = both Anderson pairs interlocked & inserted / removed at the same time.
Recommended settings for Sunlu PETG filament using Creality Ender 3 v2 (tweaking might be required for your filament / printer combination):
Nozzle temp: 230C
Bed temp: 60C
Cooling: 30%
Speed: 40mm/s
Together with this 3D print you need: - matching 3D printed backside nut print (included in this file package)
- Anderson PP15-45 connector housings & contacts
- M2.5 22mm long hex head bolt (head dia < 4.5mm)
- M2.5 nylon lock nut
Outer mount dimensions 37mm (face dia) x 25mm (L), diameter of the body = 28mm.
Groove for optional dust cover (printed from TPU, can be purchased separately).
